Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Just finished. A tiny 12cm x 16cm (postcard size) painting for TAE Twitter Art Exhibit which this year is being held in Canberra, Australia. It will be sold hopefully, with hundreds of other postcard paintings to raise funds for Pegasus: Riding for the Disabled.
It is a lot harder for me to paint so small, but I am happy with the result and hope it will make a difference in its own small way

I live in the South East of Australia, in the beautiful Shoalhaven, where I find inspiration for my landscapes; with beaches, farmlands, mountains, valleys and bush all within easy reach. I like to vary my work and have also painted portraits, seascapes and some abstracts. My main medium is acrylic but I have become proficient in watercolour. I have won prizes in various art contests and have sold work in exhibitions in the local area, and have also sold internationally to New Zealand, the USA and Great Britain.
