This is a new painting I have just completed to be entered into the International Women's Day competition Shoalhaven The theme of the competition is "Women's spaces" I chose the name for the work from a poem by the American poet William Wallace The poem goes on to say "rules the world" and this image portrays the power of women and how they can influence world events because of their influence on the early lives of their children.
